Mode of Operation
The company's programme of work is administered by Terry Corbitt and Grahame Mackenzie with the day to day scientific work being controlled by a post-doctoral chemist. It is purely a licensing and research company and does not manufacture or supply materials other than on a laboratory scale.
The company is financed by potential licensees that pay Sporomex for advice and consultation to carry out feasibility trials using Sporomex patented technology, often coupled with an agreement related to exclusivity in the companies field of interest. Following successful trials it is anticipated that a full licensing agreement will be put in place.
